Shipping & Delivery
Your order requires processing time and shipping time. The processing time may be different for each item. The shipping time is based on the method of shipment you choose. To calculate the estimated arrival date, add the processing time and the shipping time, and remember to skip weekends and holidays. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, and choose Standard Shipping (3-5 days) for an item with a 2-day processing time, your order should arrive in 5-7 business days (by the following Thursday). You may select your own shipping method for most products. Free Shipping promotion uses Standard Shipping only and not all items qualify for free shipping. Certain items require Packeez Handy Wrap to select the shipping method.
Returns & Replacements
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. But please be aware that we present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a Packeez Handy Wrap product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Packeez Handy Wrap shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Packeez Handy Wrap shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Packeez Handy Wrap shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards via PayPal at checkout. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, or Smart Cards.
Viewing Orders
You can review the status of any order you've placed via the Your Account page. For orders that have yet to ship, you'll be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and item availability. For orders that have been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable.
Updating Account Information
It’s quick and easy to update your personal information online. Simply navigate to Your Account & Help once logged in. We also send you a confirmation email whenever your personal info has been updated.
